Amsterdam

For our 18 months of love, we've decided to make this daytrip to Amsterdam. I've never been there before, so it was a brand new exploration with my best half.

Departure expected at time! 3hrs from Paris by train (special mention for the cheesecake I made for our breakfast) we've reached directly the city center .

I really loved this place, full of little bridges and canals, tilted houses, quirk and nasty stuff! Walking through the narrow streets with the loved one, there's nothing more romantic !

Yea of course I cannot not mention the two important features of this city: Lust and Drug. Strolling around these streets finding cannabis candies, cakes, pills etc.. It's a lil bit extreme at first glance but you get used to it very quickly! Anyway I won't tell anything  regarding the Red Light District, which is one of the most important tourist attractions, that's, in my view really degrading and humiliating.

To send a simple postcard from Holland, you need to pay Euro 2,45 ! indeed, 5 stamps are required! So if you have many friends, sort and choose the right ones haha! It's a very green city, with one billion bicycles and the city's emblem is the tulip. I bought some cheese for my mom and I cause we just love it ! It's so yummy by the way. We discovered the space cake's mystery in a very cute and green organic local. I thought Germany and Holland would be almost the same but it's not, of course each country have their charm and particularity. It's never the same. Holland charmed me, and I'll be back next month ready to visit Rotterdam :)

Pour nos 18 mois, nous avons décidé de mener cette petite excursion à Amsterdam. Nous n'y avons jamais été ce fut donc un tout nouveau terrain d'exploration avec ma moitié.

Départ prévu à l'heure! 3h de train de Paris (petite pensée pour le cheesecake fait maison que j'ai apporté pour notre pti dej), nous sommes arrivés directement au centre ville.

J'ai vraiment adoré cet endroit, peuplé de petits ponts et de canaux, de maisons aux effets inclinées, de bizarreries et choses indécentes! Marcher dans ces merveilleuses ruelles avec l'être aimé, rien de plus romantique!

Bien sûr, je ne peux pas ne pas mentionner les deux caractéristiques importantes de cette ville: la luxure et la drogue. Se promener dans les rues et trouver des bonbons, gâteaux, pilules au cannabis etc. C'est un peu impressionnant à première vue mais on s'y habitue vite! En ce qui concerne le Red Light District je ne ferai aucuns commentaires, c'est l'une des attractions touristiques les plus importantes d'Amsterdam et c'est, à mon avis terriblement dégradant et humiliant.

Pour envoyer une simple postale de Hollande, vous payerai 2,45 Euro! En effet, il faut 5 timbres pour expédier à l'étranger! Donc, si vous avez beaucoup d'amis, triez et choisissez les bons haha! C'est une ville très verte, grouillant de vélos et l'emblème de la ville est la tulipe. J'ai acheté du fromage pour ma mère et moi grandes fan que nous sommes! Il est excellent. Nous avons aussi découvert le mystère du space cake dans un local bio très mignon et vert. Je pensais que l'Allemagne et la Hollande étaient similaires bien évidemment ce n'est pas le cas, chaque pays a son charme et ses particularités. C'est bête de penser ça. La Hollande m'a séduite, et je serai de retour le mois prochain prête à visiter Rotterdam :)
